Simon Monjack Does Not Want Brittany Murphy Autopsy

Brittany Murphy reportedly died after suffering a cardiac arrest in the bath tub. She was found by her mother who then called 911.

Here the reports are conflicting because some media reports are saying it was husband Simon Monjack who called the emergency number 911 to which the Los Angeles Fire Department responded and eventually took Brittany Murphy to the Cedars Sinai hospital. The doctors at the hospital reported Brittany DoA. (Dead on Arrival). There was nothing the staff at the hospital could do.

A very tragic and untimely death of one of the prettiest and nicest human beings (ask Ashton Kutcher) working in an industry which is known for its shallowness and fickleness.

Our prayers go out for Brittany Murphy, her family and loved ones out there.

However the saga of Brittany Murphy is far from over. Questions are being asked whether it was really cardiac arrest considering Brittany was only 32 years old. Her fans are also reporting that she lost weight very fast and perhaps it was the work of drugs, or an eating disorder (anorexia), coupled with stress from the industry which was the main cause. Brittany Murphy Dead: Drugs Overdose?

Actress Brittany Murphy was wheeled into the Cedars Sinai hospital today morning after her husband called 911 reporting a cardiac arrest.

Unfortunately, it was too late. Brittany Murphy was listed as Dead on Arrival (DOA) by the doctors. According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, they were the first ones to respond to the 911 call made by Brittany’s husband who himself is a script writer for Hollywood.

Brittany Murphy was only 32 years at the time of her death so the report that she died from cardiac arrest is leaving many people scratching their heads. Something does not jive.

Brittany Murphy was reportedly leading a stressed lifestyle, according to some rumors, she was fired from her latest movie for throwing tantrums on the set.

Fans also witnessed a drastic size change in Brittany Murphy and it was suspected that Ms Murphy was either taking drugs or suffering from eating disorder.

Personally I have been a big fan of Brittany Murphy and I am sad to see her go. She was a great human being and loved the work she did. Her fans are going to sorely miss her.

Brittany Murphy Autopsy: Autopsy Inevitable Despite Brittany Murphy’s Husband’s Wishes

Brittany Murphy autopsy: Brittany Murphy died today due to a sudden cardiac arrest. Brittany Murphy’s autopsy is inevitable given her young age. However, strange reports are surfacing via TMZ which indicate that Brittany’s husband doesn’t want the actress to have an autopsy. (more…)

Brittany Murphy Anorexia

By now you all know that Brittany Murphy was declared Dead on Arrival at the Cedars Sinai hospital in LA after her husband called the emergency 911 number.

According to the media reports and online emergency radio, the cause of the death is being reported as cardiac arrest, also called in plebe language as heart attack.

But the interesting thing to note is Brittany Murphy’s age at the time of her death, which was only 32. Being young and relatively healthy, heart attack sounds a bit fishy.

Already there are murmurings in the media that coupled with Brittany’s high stress lifestyle in movies and the pressure to remain thin, hence leading the charge of anorexia or eating disorder (I am not sure if Brittany Murphy was doing drugs as well).

I have been a big fan of Brittany Murphy and just like you all, I am also looking for answers into this mysterious and untimely death.

What do you think really happened here. I guess we will have to wait and watch for more details to come out on this.

Actress Brittany Murphy Dies Because of Cardiac Arrest

Actress Brittany Murphy has died, according to the Los Angeles coroner’s office.

The 32-year-old actress, who starred in “Clueless” and with Eminem in “8 Mile,” was declared dead at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, according to Selena Barrows, an investigator with the coroner’s office.

“We have a preliminary death report of someone with the name of Brittany Murphy,” Barrows told TheWrap. The report came from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center at 11 a.m. on Sunday.

The news was first reported by TMZ.com.

TMZ said multiple sources reported that the actress had gone into cardiac arrest and could not be revived on Sunday morning. She reportedly was found unconscious in the shower by her mother.

Barrows said cardiac arrest could mean any number of things, and was not an indication of the cause of death.

Murphy had recently been fired from the movie “The Caller,” which had been shooting in Puerto Rico. No reason was given for the change, but Murphy was replaced by Rachelle Victoria Lefevre of “Twilight,” according to a fan site.

Murphy’s suspected excessive use of drugs had been the subject of widespread speculation, and was even the subject of a parody sketch on a recent “Saturday Night Live” Weekend Update.

The Los Angeles City Fire Department said a 911 call was made at 8 a.m. from the Los Angeles home of Murphy’s husband, Simon Monjack. She was pronounced dead on arrival at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

“In this time of sadness, the family thanks you for your love and support. It is their wish that you respect their privacy,” her publicist, Nicole Perna said in a statement.

Born in Atlanta, Murphy started acting in regional theater at age 9; by age 13, she had signed with a manager and began appearing in television commercials. Her first roles were on TV series such as “Murphy Brown” and “Parker Lewis Can’t Lose,” which led to her breakthrough film, 1995’s “Clueless.”

She had five movies currently in production, including “Poor Things,” with Rosario Dawson; “Shrinking Charlotte,” with Kathleen Turner; and Sylvester Stallone’s “The Expendables,” with Stallone, Jet Li and Jason Statham.

In 2005, she signed on as the spokesmodel for Jordache Jeans. She has been named to both FHM’S 10 Sexiest Women List, and Maxim’s Hot 100.

In 2006, she released the single “Faster Kill Pussycat,” which became a club hit on Billboard’s Hot Dance Club Play chart. She also covered Queen’s “Somebody to Love” and Earth, Wind & Fire’s “Boogie Wonderland” for the film “Happy Feet.”

She married screenwriter Simon Monjack (pictured with Murphy at last year’s Sony Ericsson Open) in 2007; before that, she was engaged to talent manager Jeff Kwatinetz, and production assistant Joe Macaluso. In late 2002, she dated Ashton Kutcher, with whom she co-starred in the film “Just Married.”

Kutcher late Sunday morning Twittered about Murphy’s death: “2day the world lost a little piece of sunshine. My deepest condolences go out 2 Brittany’s family, her husband, & her amazing mother Sharon.”

The Seattle Seahawks will try to bounce back from their most lopsided defeat of the season Sunday when they host a Tampa Bay Buccaneers team coming off another awful showing.

NFL betting odds have the Seahawks listed as 7-point home favorites.

Matt Hasselbeck had three fumbles, was sacked three times, and was hit after 10 other throws in last Sunday’s 34-7 defeat at Houston.

As bad as things went for the Seahawks last week, it could be worse. Tampa Bay is proving that.

The Buccaneers have lost 16 of their last 17 games and the offense has produced three field goals in the last two. Tampa Bay’s defense hasn’t been any better, giving up an average of 27.4 points.

Seattle hopes to win their third straight at home against a Tampa Bay team that has lost eight in a row on the road.

The road team is 5-1 ATS in their last six meetings.
